We understand that across the hospitality sector, every venue and location will have different security requirements. From holiday resorts and theme parks to large conference hotels and staff accommodation, we can operate as a visible, high-profile deterrent or more discreetly if preferred. The choice is entirely down to you – we will provide a tailored solution to meet your requirements.
Protecting your business interests and safeguarding your guests and staff is paramount. Our highly trained drugs detection and patrol dogs, and their handlers reduce the risk of staff and guests bringing illegal substances onto a premises, as well as helping to protect venues and people from becoming victims of criminal activity.
All our experienced handlers have received extensive training and are accredited by the National Association of Security Dog Users (NASDU) and hold a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisor licence – you can rely on us to provide a professional and courteous security solution.
Our highly trained sniffer dogs can perform two types of searches for narcotic substances. During a passive search, our dogs will be on the lead performing searches, such as screening guests as they arrive at a function.
Alternatively, during a proactive search, the dogs can scale large areas quickly before guests arrive on site and work off the lead when it is safe to do so. Both types of drugs detection searches can also be used to screen staff and search employee accommodation.
From deterring intruders to preventing property damage, a patrol dog and its handler are an extremely effective measure for discouraging criminal activity at venues and locations across the hospitality sector.
Our dogs can detect trespassers through smell and sound – even when intruders are not in plain sight – and are trained to protect premises by showing controlled aggression if confronted with threatening behaviour.
Our detection dogs are highly trained to detect illegal Class A and Class B substances in any location across the UK.
Our tobacco detection dogs are trained to detect real and fake tobacco and search for contraband, which helps fight the illegal tobacco trade.
From crowd control to premises protection, we have dog and handlers teams available to provide a canine patrol service nationwide.
We are proud to be an associate company member of the National Association of Security Dog Users (NASDU).
NASDU promotes high standards, excellent training and ongoing education in the private security dog sector. We abide by the guidance & recommendations contained within British Standard 8517-1 for General Purpose Dogs & BS8517-2 for Detection Dogs. All our handlers are NASDU certified.
This British Standard sets the standard for screening security personnel working in an environment where safety of people, goods or property is essential.
It includes data security, sensitive and service contracts and confidential records.
Our dog handlers hold Security Industry Authority (SIA) licences.
The SIA is a statutory organisation that is responsible for regulating the private security industry in the UK.
All our handlers have undergone a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which searches for criminal records and activity.
As we regularly provide services to the education and healthcare sectors, the enhanced check shows that our handlers are suitable to work with children and vulnerable adults.
We were very impressed with the day. The handler delivered well-pitched assemblies which were fun but with an underlying serious message which the students enjoyed. He also had a professional manner and approach with the searches. We would definitely book again in the future.
The visit was a great success. Please thank the handler and his dogs. Our Year 12s in Sixth Form especially loved your dog. Thank you so much for organising it for us and for visiting.
The dog team were great yesterday, really good to work with both of them. The handler did 3 assemblies, the students were spellbound, it had a good balance between education and fun that will mean the students remember the serious part to the message. Lots of positive comments from students, some really thoughtful questions asked of the handler and again, it was friendly and informative. The only
problem was that most of the students wanted to keep the dog and we could do with having him in school everyday. Thanks a lot.
The handler who came on both occasions was very good and very professional. He spoke excellently to the students and really put them at ease. He did really well in assemblies and was efficient around the school.
Thanks again for your services last week. Yet again the dog handler was professional and supportive of our students. His dog was brilliant with the students and was also professional in his role. Thank you for supporting our Academies and enabling us to feel secure in the knowledge we are safeguarding our students and highlighting the Academy’s policies on a no drugs environment.
The handler and dog were both great and we managed to cover the whole site in a morning. The handler was also very confident in talking to the larger groups in assembly. We were very happy with the day. Thanks for your good service.
