K9 Deployment Becomes Approved NASDU Training Facility

On Tuesday March 8th, 2022, an approved NASDU inspector visited K9 Deployment’s HQ in West Sussex and approved Nigel Edwards and K9 Deployment as an officially recognised NASDU GP and Search Dog Training Centre.

Nigel has been working as a dog handler since 1974, starting his career in the police force, and following on to work with NASDU. He moved from being a dog handler to a trainer over 25 years ago and has vast experience of working within the industry.

K9 Deployment are now an approved NASDU training centre and can offer both handlers and dogs comprehensive instruction for all aspects of search dog training, as well as providing demonstrations where needed.

Professional dog handlers and their dogs require regular training and K9 Deployment have the expertise, the facilities, and the official recognition to offer onsite courses for NASDU GP and Search Dog training. Whilst specialising in passive and proactive drugs search training, K9 Deployment provide a variety of search and security courses, including refresher and continuation training.
